I am a freelance Innovation coach, based in Romania but with projects that span across Europe. I support organisations to bring ideas to life and create products & services that enhance the human experience of both their customers and employees.
Having been trained as FORTH Innovation Facilitator (www.forth-innovation.com) and Foresight Practitioner (www.iftf.org) I came to realize that I needed to close the circle of my professional knowledge with sharing it with the people and companies around me. It was in March 2015 that I started my own company.
Previous to this step, I spent 13 years in Human Resources, leading the people’s agenda for IKEA Centers in Russia, IKEA Trading South East Europe (Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Egypt) and Genpact Romania.
I graduated Robotics Engineering in 2003 and am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Maastricht School of Management.
